What data do we collect?

We only collect the data you provide to us voluntarily, mainly through:

• the contact form and quotation requests: surname, first name, job title, company, e-mail, telephone, the content of your message;
• the creation of a customer account: business contact details and login credentials;
• newsletter sign-up: e-mail address.
• Mandatory fields are indicated on each form. You are free not to complete them, but certain information is essential for us to act on your request.

Recipients of the data

Your data is intended for the internal departments of VIKAT EKINOX. It may be disclosed to our technical service providers (hosting provider, website development provider) acting as processors, solely to the extent necessary for their assignments.
